奥巴马总统Barack Obama
Dani V. Similar to the caste system in Ancient India, our modern world is still suffering the effects of a class system. Generally you are born into your family”s wealth and class, making it hard to escape from this vicious circle. However, Barack Obama, a modern day hero had his goals and priorities set from a young age. Living in a poor African American family he had a hard childhood, but had unwavering motivation to thrive. He wanted to live the American dream, break away from his family's path and succeed. He is not a hero because the color of his skin, but because he has paved a road for under privileged minorities across the world and has maintained his morals and integrity while still being a successful president. He acted as the perfect counter attack to the Bush administrations' faulty rule from 2000~2008.
