A LETTER TO THE BOSS ON THE REASON FOR A RISE

I“m writing to you for nothing but the reasons why I should get a rise.
Firstly， how much one is paid undoubtedly shows to what degree one is nccepted & respected， & I do want to be taken as an able & qualified employee
Secondly， higher payment can surely encourage employees to work harder & make the company develop faster. In other words， more money given to modal workers indeed offers the company a great power to bigger achievements， and I”d like to be one of the promoters;
Thirdly， it is well-known that there exists a two-way option between employers & employees. Namely， a boss can make an employee stay or the latter choose to go freely. As for me， I am really considering“to be or not to be” now， & I hope you can take my consideration seriously.
