题目讲解：
非常典型的混合型大作文。跟2013.7.7话题类似但问题不同。这类考题需注意：
因为涉及2个问题，一个是report类的问题，一个是argumentation类的问题，则需分一个重点。
这类混合类题目的回答重点一般都在argumentation的问题上，比如这一题，回答要侧重在第二个问题上，
而第一个问题只需要在开头段的时候简单回答2-3条即可。
