首先我们应该：
1．审题，确定是信件类还是通知类。当我们看到direction中提及“Do not use your own name. Use "Li Ming" instead.”就能明白是信件类，否则落款应该是XX机构或组织。

开头部分写好以后，第二部分可以写的内容有：首先活动的时间、地点、具体的活动安排也可以简单介绍（比如首先我们某某老师讲为这个活动做一个简单的演讲 介绍本次活动）。然后利用我们作文常用的三类内容—目的（为社会奉献自己的力量、帮助儿童）、原因（可以套用2002年爱心就像一盏灯的内容，越是在黑暗中的人，越需要帮助；创建和谐社会等）、意义分别选取一些容易表达并且可以套用句型的话题加以阐述即可。
4．结尾段。对于此类结尾需要处理的稍微灵活些，不能生硬的使用“希望早日回复”这类结尾词，可以使用倡议模式，另外添加“looking forward to your coming”等句子。
