Nowadays it is very popular for schools to hire foreign teachers to teach students. but some think that it is of no use to hire foreign teacher, believing that foreign teachers can not provide anything constructive or practical but just for a show. some others think that foreign teachers can help students deepen their understanding of foreign language and improve their oral speech skills. my opinion is that whether hiring foreign teachers are preferable depends on many factors such as the practical needs, teachers' skills and their teaching approachs.
