Last month, our class had a field trip to Green Farm. It was my first time going to a farm, and I was excited to see real cows, chickens and pigs.

When we arrived at the farm, the farmer, Uncle Li, greeted us. He took us to the animal area first. There were many chickens walking around, and some cows eating grass. We also saw two pigs sleeping in a small house—they looked fat and cute.

After that, we went to the orchard. There were apple trees and pear trees. The apples were green (they weren’t ripe yet), but the pears were yellow. Uncle Li picked a pear for each of us—it was sweet and juicy. We sat under a big tree and ate the pears, talking about what we saw on the farm.
