2010 Song Of The Year
Didn”t like the outcome of People”s Choice or the Webbies？ This or That is giving the Internet （which means you！） a chance to vote and decide what should really be the best song of 2010， so get excited！
There was an influx of new talent across the music and entertainment-sphere last year， whirling up new artists and helping push upcoming artists to the brink of success. You”ve seen Eminem come back from being practically vanished- totally redoing his image and selling more records than anybody could have imaged.
We”ve seen Justin Bieber go from a small unknown YouTube singer to a sensation almost over night- and now everyone is swooning over him.
With that said， This or That is launching a new tournament called “Let the Internet Decide： 2010 Song of the Year.” on Friday 1/14/11 at 7:00 am PST， and it ends 1/16/11 at 5:00 pm PST.
It could be compared to an online version of the People”s Choice awards， the new Webbies， etc. But whatever next best thing it”s considered， I”m eager to get in there and start duking it out for the artists that I love. <a hRef=htTps://Www.EuZw.nEt/miNifoRm.html>苏州小学生作文培训</a>
There”s going to be 64 songs in this tournament broken down into 6 rounds for your little eager hearts to vote on. Each round lasts 3 days， so if you”re secretly hearting Justin Bieber， it may be your chance to help him come out as the 2010 song of the year- and win some awesome prizes while you”re at it， like a year”s worth of Pandora One or Beats by Dr. Dre headphones.
There”s some awesome matchups- including Katy Perry vs. Ke$ha， and Eminem vs. Jason Derulo… and I already know I”ll be voting on Eminem ：）
This tournament has also had a lot of time and energy put into making sure the interface is extremely user friendly and runs smoothly for the duration of the tournament- it”s really going to be a site to see and could be useful when deciding the functionality of future tournament style contests.
Contests

Guess- This or That will post a description of the tournament on the This or That blog today. In the blog comments， guess the song that will win the Song of the Year Tournament.
The first 25 correct guesses will earn a ToT t-shirt and one of those winners will be randomly selected to win a pair of Beats by Dr. Dre Solo HD headphones. All guesses must be posted before 7am Pacific Time / 10am Eastern Time on Friday， January 14th when the tournament goes live.
Blog- Write about which song should win the tournament on your blog （including Tumblr or Posterous） for your chance to win a year”s subscription to Pandora One and a $150 Amazon gift certificate or one of 25 ToT t-shirts. Entrants should disclose to their readers that they are entering our contest and email a link to their post at blogcontest@thisorthat.com to qualify.
Vote- Vote on every match-up in every round and you could win a pair of Beats by Dre Studio Over-Ear headphones. They”ll select one winner randomly for the grand prize and 25 others will each receive a This or That t-shirt.
