On the wall above my desk, there is a large world map. It is wrinkled and covered with small sticky notes. Blue oceans, green continents, and tiny names of cities I cannot pronounce. Every night before I sleep, I stand on my chair and trace a route with my finger. Tonight, I am going from Shanghai to Cairo. 中小学语文阅读作文辅导 ,(线上、线下) TEL:184-5229-8565 易优作文专业、可靠 www.euzw.net
My finger glides over the Pacific Ocean, past India, and lands on Egypt. I close my eyes and imagine: the hot sun on my face, the smell of spices in the air, the huge pyramids rising from the sand like ancient giants. I have never left my country, but on this map, I have visited the Eiffel Tower, walked on the Great Wall (that’s near, but still), and stood at the edge of the Grand Canyon. Each sticky note has a fact I looked up: “Amazon River: 6,400 km,” “Northern Lights: best seen in Norway.” My mother laughs at me. “You have a map but no passport,” she says. “Someday,” I reply.
This map is my dream board. It reminds me why I study English so hard. Because English is the key that opens the doors to all these places. I want to order coffee in a Parisian café, ask for directions in Tokyo, and bargain in a Moroccan market. I want to see with my own eyes if the cherry blossoms in Japan really fall like pink snow. My map is not just paper. It is a promise I made to myself. Last week, I added a new sticky note on Brazil: “Learn Portuguese one day.” My friend asked, “You want to go everywhere?” I said, “No, but I want to see enough to know how big the world is, and how small my problems are.” One day, I will pack a real backpack and buy a real ticket. But until then, I have my map. Every night, I travel without moving. And every morning, I wake up hungry for the world.
易优作文名师点评: 将地图作为梦想的载体,视角新颖。想象旅行时的感官描写(阳光、香料)生动,贴纸细节真实。结尾“世界很大,烦恼很小”的感悟有格局,激励人心。
